You must get approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to ANY work on your lot or exterior of your house.  This includes exterior paint, fencing, roofing, etc.

 

Please complete the following Architectural Control Committee form.  The ACC will review the request and approve the request if appropriate.

 

 

UPDATE:  Crime Watch Patrol reports that during a recent patrol 6 garage doors had been left open in the neighborhood.

 

Richardson Police report that burglars are breaking into cars to gain access to garage door openers.  Once the burglars have the opener they are able to enter the garages to steal what they can.  In many instances they are able to also enter the house through the door from the garage. 

 

Be sure and not leave any valuables in your car including computers, cell phones, GPS, and garage door openers.
