| Water Restrictions Eased!!! |

The City of Richardson approved the plan to ease the Stage 3 water restrictions for their residents. Instead of watering twice a month, residents can now water once a week. The watering schedule is as follows:
Last Digit of Address Allowed Watering Day
Even - 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 Saturday
Odd - 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 Sunday
However, the following guidelines still need to be followed as we as homeowners do our part to adhere to the water restrictions:
No washing or rinsing of owner’s buildings, vehicles, boats, trailers, other mobile vehicles and equipment on owner’s premises is allowed without the use of an automatic shut-off value.

"dine Smart dine Local" is a joint initiative between the Richardson Chamber of Commerce and the Richardson Convention & Visitors Bureau to increase local and regional awareness while driving a new and loyal customer base to Richardson area restaurants by offering money saving discounts and offers to Richardsons' residents, corporate residents and visitors alike.

We are already in the second month of 2012, and plans and issues are being address for Breckinridge Park Estates HOA. Listed below are some of the items being addressed and planned for:
Board/Committee Assignments:
During the January HOA board meeting, positions were assigned to the five (5) members for the 2012 year.
Board Positions:
• President – Bill Hyde
• Treasurer – Wayland Engle
• Architecture Control – Larry Miller
• Secretary – Rocky Thompson
• Board Member at Large – Sandy Lynn
Committee Positions:
• Landscape – Wayland Engle
• Pool – Bill Hyde
• Crime Watch – Rocky Thompson
• Social – Jenny Elsden
• Communications – Larry Miller
The HOA needs volunteers to serve on the various committees. Please think about it and If any of you homeowners are willing to serve, please contact myself or one of the other board members.

You must get approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to ANY work on your lot or exterior of your house. This includes exterior paint, fencing, roofing, etc.
