The Special Assessment to replaster and tile the pool passed with 83% approval.  Thank you for supporting your neighborhood!  The invoice for the $360.00 assessment will be sent 8-1-26, due 9-1-26. You have the option to pay half ($180) on the 8-1 invoice and pay the other half on a 11-1-26 invoice. No late fees will be billed if you pay half 8-1- and half 11-1.

Please check the Resident Directory to verify your email address is current! The Board sends important messages to keep you informed about the pool, criminal activity that may happen in or around our neighborhood, Quarterly dues info and Code Compliance issues with the City. The directory is not public and can only be accessed by a BPE Homeowner.  Remember; Billing is NOT sent from the website, it's sent from QuickBooks to the billing email you gave us. Please keep your directory email and your billing email current.

The Security Cameras were installed in Spring 2013 and remain "On" 24/7.  They were installed for your protection and to prevent vandalism.  They are reviewed on a routine basis.
