Work on the 2010 census has been underway by the U.S. Bureau of Census for some time and the counting stage is about to begin. Census forms will be mailed to every household in the U.S. in March of this year. The census form must be completed by the householder and mailed back to the census bureau on or about April 1st. Only one person in the home will complete the form. That person will complete the form for all those who live in that home.

There are only 10 questions on the form this year. It is expected that it will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete it. Every householder is expected to return the completed form promptly. If the census form is not returned a census worker will have to go to the address and ask for it. Please cooperate and mail it back.
