Since we are all Collin residents of Richardson must vote in two locations if we want to vote early. Early voting for the City of Richardson Bond Election can be done at the Richardson Civic Center or any of the other Dallas County early voting locations. Early voting for the PISD and Collin College Board of Trustees Elections will be held at the PISD Administration Center and other locations throughout the county.
