To Breckinridge Park Estates Homeowners:

 

A homeowner and/or their guests left the pool trashed sometime during the afternoon/evening of Sunday Aug 9th. While it is not yet determined who the offending homeowner was, this is clearly unacceptable use of the pool facilities, a violation of pool rules, and a disregard and disrespect for other homeowners and this common property we share. These photos (pic1, pic2, pic3, pic4, pic5) document the incident and speak for themselves.

The board wishes to remind all homeowners of the very important and documented pool rule:

 

“Area trash containers are provided. Patrons should do their part to keep the pool clean and sanitary.”

“Violations of pool rules will result in fines accessed by the Homeowners Association”

 

Please show your respect for the common grounds we share by doing your part to pick up after yourselves before leaving the pool area. The board wants everyone to enjoy this facility, and we must each do our part.
