BPE POOL OPENING
Our BPE pool will Open on Friday, April 24th for the 2026 season! Hours: 8:00am to 10:00pm daily
HAS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGED?
Please check the Resident Directory to verify your email address is current! The Board sends important messages to keep you informed about the pool, criminal activity that may happen in or around our neighborhood, Quarterly dues info and Code Compliance issues with the City. The directory is not public and can only be accessed by a BPE Homeowner. Remember; Billing is NOT sent from the website, it's sent from QuickBooks to the billing email you gave us. Please keep your directory email and your billing email current.

Security Cameras Are Active at the Pool
The Security Cameras were installed in Spring 2013 and remain "On" 24/7. They were installed for your protection and to prevent vandalism. They are reviewed on a routine basis.

| BPE HOA Assessment Billing and Payments |

All assessment billing is sent by email to homeowners. You can still mail your payment as you have always done.
With email billing you have payment options. You can pay with a card, do ACH bank draft as well as other options. To use these features, click the VIEW and PAY button on your invoice and follow instructions. Please be aware, there is an $8 service fee for paying with a card, PayPal, Venmo or other digital wallet features. The fee will be billed on your next assessment billing. You are not charged any fee for an ACH bank draft or sending a check.

Dues Assessments are billed Quarterly. Here are the bill dates.
1st Q. 12-1-25 Due 1-1-26
2nd Q. 3-1-26 Due 4-1-26
3rd Q. 6-1-26 Due 7-1-26
4th Q. 9-1-26 Due 10-1-26
Any payment not received by the 15th day after the due date is deemed delinquent and will be billed a $50 Late Fee. |
