Pool Rules & Information
Violation of Pool Rules Will Result in Fines by the Homeowners Association,
Managed by Breckinridge Park Estates Homeowners Association. (Modified April 18, 2023)
ACCESS: Access to the pool and the enclosed area is for members of the Homeowners Association and their guests only.
GUESTS: Guest must be accompanied by a homeowner, limit six (6) guests per household. Large groups or parties should contact a Breckinridge Park Estates Homeowner Association board member for reservations.
HOURS: 8:00am to 10:00pm Daily
RULES:
- No consumption of alcohol or tobacco products, including E-cigarettes or vaping, is allowed in the pool or enclosed area.
- No animals allowed in pool or enclosed area.
- No one under 14 years of age permitted in pool or enclosed area without adult supervision. Children in the pool must be supervised by an adult at all times. Adult defined as 18 or older.
- Swimwear attire only allowed in pool.
- Children in diapers are not permitted in pool.
- Persons with infectious diseases may not use the pool.
- Limit of six (6) guests per household. Homeowners are asked to accompany guests at all times.
- Distribution of access keys to non-association members is prohibited.
- No running, abusive language or disrespectful behavior allowed in pool area or enclosure.
- Noise from patrons to the extent that it disturbs other patrons or nearby homeowners is not allowed in pool or enclosed area.
- Pets, bicycles, skateboards or roller blades are not allowed in pool or enclosed area.
- No glass containers allowed in the pool or enclosed area.
- Area trash containers are provided. Patrons should do their part to keep the pool clean and sanitary.
- Patrons are asked to turn off bathroom lights and keep doors locked when not in use.
- Parents will be held responsible for their children’s actions in and around the pool area at all times.
- No diving allowed into the pool.
- No lifeguard on duty. Patrons are asked to observe caution in and around the pool at all times.
- The Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property or effects while using the pool.
- The Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for any personal injury resulting from use of the pool.
- In case of Emergency, Call 911.
- Changing diapers within 6 feet of the pool is prohibited.
- Do not swim if you have been ill with diarrhea within the past 2 weeks.
- Extended breath holding activities are dangerous and prohibited.
