Is Your Email Current?

Please login to the website to make sure your email is correct. The Board will from time to time send a message regarding the opening/closing of the pool, updates on quarterly dues assessments, alerts to any criminal activity that may happen in or around our neighborhood and any changes in the City's Code Compliance requirements.
We don't send ads or junk mail, only things of interest to our neighborhood. Remember; this site does not send out the billing/invoices, that is sent from Quickbooks. It's important to make sure your email in both places is current. If you need to change your billing email in Quickbooks, please contact us at board@breckinridgeparkestates.com
Security Cameras Are Active at the Pool

The Security Cameras were installed in Spring 2013 and remain "On" 24/7. They were installed for your protection and to prevent vandalism. They are reviewed on a routine basis.

| BPE HOA Assessment Billing and Payments |

All assessment billing is sent only by email to homeowners. Bills are not sent via U.S. Mail. You can print your assessment billing directly from the email you receive and mail in your payment as you have always done.
However, with email billing you now have payment options. Homeowners who wish to pay by credit or debit card or ACH bank draft now have these options. To use these features, please click the VIEW and PAY button on the billing email and follow the instructions. Please be aware there is an $8 service fee for paying by credit or debit card which is billed to you on your next assessment billing. ACH Bank Draft's can be made at no additional charge.
